The Company fabricates specialty parts mostly for military applications. The Company provides custom programming to set up and prototype jobs and has expertise utilizing various computer aided design (CAD) software applications. There is a high reliance by the Company’s customers for high quality parts that meet stringent specifications. Once the parts have been set up in the system the incremental cost to manufacture additional units are minimal resulting in high profit margins on the additional finished products. The Company is an approved vendor for their customers and approximately 90% of revenues comes from repeat business.
The owners are seeking to retire however members of management would like to see the business succeed and would be willing to stay on for several more years should the new owner desire this.
