Jon is based in New York City. He previously worked in M&A at a Private Equity backed Healthcare company where he evaluated and negotiated the successful closing of a number of acquisitions.
He also has experience in technology and software, modeling high impact KPI's and recurring revenue data. Prior to this, he was at another private equity-owned company, Mergermarket. This experience gives him an excellent knowledge of using financial data and other criteria to value and analyze businesses, including competitive information and industry analysis. Jon also worked as a Business Relationship Manager, successfully opening new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with his clients.
