Cristian is an experienced Corporate Finance professional with a proven history of offering strategic and corporate finance services.  Before working with Synergy Business Brokers, he held multiple Corporate Finance / Investment Banking roles in the Big 4's (Ernst & Young, Deloitte), a top European regional investment bank (WOOD&Co.), and a French M&A Boutique (Pegase Capital).  Industry agnostic, he has worked on various transaction types (M&A, IPO, and fundraises), and analyzed opportunities in a wide array of fields, including Tech, Financials, Consumer, Payments, Industrials, Auto, Healthcare, and Marketplaces.  His experience includes working with various investment banks, consultancy firms, hedge funds, PE firms, venture capital firms, and startups across the globe on various opportunities. He holds a BSc in Finance & Banking from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania.
