Non-Emergency Medical Transportation service provider for clients located in western Massachusetts. This company provides non-emergency medical transportation for clients to and from medical appointments throughout the state. This company operates very efficiently and is paper free and streamlined. Vehicles are garaged at the employee’s homes where they receive their schedules in advance via a HIPPA compliant program. Drivers then perform the required rides and input the information into an application which is then utilized for billing and payroll. Billing is semimonthly to the contracting agency. The size of this company at present is mostly limited to the owners’ discretion, the foundation for the company to grow much larger, should the owner wish, is in place and limited effort would be required. At present, there is an Office Manager/Dispatcher who is home-based and 10 drivers on the present roster. This business is run semi-absentee with the present owner working about 10 hours per week.

Reason for Sale: Seller moving out of state – Owner is willing to stay on for one month so that a proper transition could be affected.

The balance of the equipment is computers and software required to execute the paperwork in compliance with the reimbursement agency.

Growth: Growth of the agency has been limited due to the lifestyle choice of the present owner. The annual demand for services is growing organically at a rate of 5% in the geography served due to the aging population.
