He has won numerous awards throughout his career including #1 sales executive worldwide. As a VP of Sales & Marketing, he increased revenues over 2,000% which ultimately resulted in the sale of the company for $20Million. In addition to extensive sales and negotiation experience he also has experience working as an economic analyst in analyzing financial information including budgets and business forecasts and projections. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors Program at the State University of New York at Albany with a degree in Economics and Business. Blake is based out of New Rochelle, NY.

John has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry in a wide variety of roles. He was a Senior Vice President for a NYSE Member Company serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Financial Principal. In addition, he has over 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Broker where he was involved in closing numerous deals ranging in size from $100,000 to $5,000,000. John is good at networking and has a solid book of buyer contacts throughout the tri-state region and US. He is experienced in negotiating issues between the buyer and seller that result in workable solutions. He lives for the hunt and sincerely enjoys bringing value to sellers that desire to exit their business. Persistence and honesty are his best traits in getting a deal done. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Finance. John is based out of Manhattan.

Lincoln is a Senior Broker with Synergy Business Brokers in Greater Boston. For more than 20 years Lincoln has been a sales and business development executive. His experience includes starting a business brokerage company, growing an IT services company as the head of sales and senior level sales positions in fortune 500 software and services companies. He has negotiated and closed hundreds of transactions and employs a win/win style that works to benefit all parties. He enjoys helping buyers and sellers throughout the business ownership transfer process. He has won various awards throughout his career including #1 sales executive worldwide while working for a consulting company with a sales force of several hundred sales executives. She has also owned her own business and prior to working for Synergy her experience included positions in Strategic Alliance Development and the Management Consulting industry. She has a Master’s Degree in Business from Emerson College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Bates College.
